- Location Data: Standard location coordinates (only with your permission) to verify service coverage areas and assign riders near your pickup and delivery points.

To provide our voice-based order parsing feature, the ZoeWash App requests access to the device's microphone permission (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO).
How we use voice data: When you press the microphone button inside the App, we record short voice clips containing your order commands (for example, "Wash 3 shirts and dry clean 2 trousers"). This audio recording is securely transmitted to our backend server where it is transcribed and analyzed by AI models (such as the Gemini API) to generate your laundry basket details automatically.
Our Commitment: We only collect voice data when you explicitly interact with the recording button. The audio clips are processed dynamically and are not stored permanently, nor are they used for advertising, user profiling, or shared with third-party marketing companies. You can refuse or withdraw microphone access at any time through your device settings, though this will disable the voice ordering feature.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information for the following business purposes:
- To register your profile, verify your identity, and facilitate authentication.
- To process, schedule, and assign your laundry orders to partner cleaning vendors and courier riders.
- To credit rider and vendor wallets upon completion of designated status checkpoints.
- To send transactional push notifications (e.g., "Order Picked Up," "Order In-Transit") accompanied by specific audio alarms.
- To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud or security vulnerabilities.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We share information only in the following limited scenarios:
- Service Providers: We share order information (delivery addresses, clothes lists) with our verified laundry partners and logistics riders only to fulfill your requests.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. Under Google Play policies, you have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
